Item Condition Damaged/ Defective Items

All damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in. Items you no longer want/ need

Items from Instrument category must be returned in new and unopened condition with all accessories and original packing unopened and intact. . These items must also have the serial number or UPC intact. Return

How will I be refunded?

If you are returning an item for a refund, you’ll receive the ref Select an option from the Reason for return menu. You can add any additional information in the Comments box.

A declaration of item details, value and return reason
A copy of tax invoice highlighting the items being returned
the declaration and use your original order tax invoice to highlight the items being returned. you choose to return the item . Then paste the label on the return package. You will also need to include the original tax invoice in the return package. You can return the package using any courier/ postal service of your choice. Enter the number of the order you want to return. Your order number (or “Order ID”) is found on your packing slip. If you don’t have the packing slip, you can Contact Us

Note:

For returns of damaged/ defective items you need to contact the us within 7 days of delivery to inform them of the damage/ defect in order to initiate the returns process.

Help How will I be refunded if I return a The items?

In any case where a refund is required, the Buyer need to authorise that refund.

Insurance :

Material dispatched is to be insured by you unless specially requested we will not insure any shipments

Delivery :

generally all the instruments are in stock subject to Prior Sale , we will try to maintain the delivery subject to force major Clause which is beyond our control
